Your sensory accommodations deserve to be found.

Your sensory accommodations deserve to be found.

If you’ve invested in real accommodations — trained your staff, set up sensory hours, installed a quiet room — families are searching for exactly what you offer. CalmerPlaces makes sure they find you.

Listing your place is free. It always will be.

Who lists on CalmerPlaces

We work with venues across every category that serves the public: indoor playgrounds and sensory gyms, museums and theaters, restaurants and cafes, parks and recreational facilities, retail stores, fitness and adaptive sports programs, and service providers including salons, dental offices, and photographers.

If you have real, specific sensory accommodations — not just a “welcoming environment” — you belong in our directory.

What we ask from you

We verify every listing before it goes live. To be listed, you’ll need to provide at least one confirmed sensory accommodation with specific details: the days and times of your sensory hours, what’s in your sensory kit, your IBCCES certification status, or similar documented information.

We don’t list venues based on marketing copy alone. The more specific you can be, the stronger your listing — and the more families will trust it.

What you get

A free, permanent listing in the CalmerPlaces directory. Your verified accommodations displayed clearly with filterable tags. A “What to know before you go” section where you can tell families exactly what to expect. Direct access to an audience actively searching for what you offer — parents planning outings, caregivers, therapists, educators, and autistic adults.
