Portland Parks & Recreation operates Youth Adaptive Swim programs across several city pools. These programs offer dedicated swim blocks where capacity is limited to 30 swimmers, slides and loud water features are turned off, and additional staff support is available. It is designed to provide a safe, calm environment to learn swimming.
