Spectra Gymnastics is Oregon’s only gymnastics program designed specifically for neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults. Founded with a mission to make physical activity accessible, the facility features a custom-built sensory gym with visual schedules, specialized equipment, and visual aids. They focus on sensory integration and motor skills in a supportive, low-crowd space. Their highly trained instructors adapt their teaching styles to each participant’s needs.
Spectra is exclusively designed for neurodivergent individuals, so the environment is highly structured and supportive. Call ahead or visit their website to register for specific class times or adaptive open play sessions.
